Promoting positive gender norms, healthy lifestyles, and non-violent behaviors among young men in the Western Balkans within the second BiH conference, “Be a man – change the rules.”
On Monday, 10 December, promotion of the calendar “Real man” for the year 2013 was held in the Club “Krug”, 12 real men for 12 months. Every month and every public figure has its message with the aim to combat violence in society.
On Wednesday, 05 December the premiere of the documentary film “Be a man – change the rules” was held at the Belgrade Youth Center.
On Friday, 30 November in “Bitef Theatre” the premiere of the theater play “Machomen” was held, theatrical documentary about masculinity here and today.
“Teaser” campaign in Technical school NBGD started on 15.10. and lasted for a whole week before starting educational workshops in classes.
Halloween has passed and it is time to take off the masks. Status: M has taken care that 7 th and 8th November are reserved for taking of the masks and showing the true face of a real man, so we have prepared a series of activities and interesting events.
In order to continue expanding the network of schools in partnership that are implementing a Young man initiative program, we need to present them our program in detail and demonstrate the way in which he is being conducted.
In cooperation of “Be a man” club Temerin and the local Center for social work, on Tuesday 25th September, organized a panel discussion where the main topic was “Violence against women in our society.”
