A Regional Advocacy and Movement training within the Young Men Initiative (YMI) project – “Men and Boys as Partners in Promoting Gender Equality and the Prevention of Youth Extremism and Violence in the Balkans” was organized this week in Belgrade.
“Be a Man Club and Real Girls Sarajevo” is an organized club of young people operating at Association XY which brings together a large number of members who, in this way, for many years have acquired life skills and competences that enable them to enter the adult world easier and healthier.
On December 4, 2019, the Ministry of Science and Education verified Program Y – Youth – Innovative Approaches to Preventing Gender-Based Violence and Promoting Healthy Lifestyles for Young Men and Girls.

For 13 years, the Pereptuum mobile Institute has been dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles. According to Program Y, as a basis for a methodological approach in our work with young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, we have implemented a number of projects and activities in this area.
The City of Banja Luka and the City Administration have launched a campaign and program called “Human Face of Banja Luka”. This will contribute to the activation and advancement of the position of young people and third-age persons in the Banja Luka area.
Another three-day "Program Y" accredited training for school staff organized by Centre E8 from Belgrade from 12 to 14 April, was successfully held.
Two-day regional work meeting has started today in Mostar within the Study visit for 30 representatives of the ministries of education from the region, as well as teaching staff from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Croatia and Kosovo.
