Training for elementary school teachers under Program Y has been successfully completed!
📎The three-day training was filled with productivity and interactivity from the participating teachers, who were eager to learn and implement Program Y as a manual and methodology to prevent gender-based violence.
🔍The primary objective of this training was to enable teachers to comprehend the program and its goals under the “Future 4 Youth” initiative. Furthermore, the teachers were engaged in a constructive discussion on various topics related to gender issues, healthy lifestyles, and violence.
Overall, the training will be a tool for teachers to be better equipped to impart the knowledge and skills they acquired to their students, thus contributing to a safer and healthier environment.
This activity is implemented within Young Men Initiative – “Future for You(th): Young People as Leaders of Life Skills Education in the Balkans”, financed by the Austrian Development Agency, Oak Foundation, and implemented by CARE International Balkans.
