Last week SIT and YMCA organized a meeting with representatives from Care Austria, where they discussed the “Future 4 Youth” project.
Additionally, they discussed the specific programs they use to foster gender-transformative life skills education to become an integral part of education which are being implemented in schools, universities, and correctional institutions.
As part of the meeting, they discussed how these programs are run, and what kind of activities are organized in connection with the project.
As a follow-up to the meeting, SIT and YMCA held a workshop at the economic high school “Hoxhë Kadri” where CARE Austria representatives had the chance to experience the activity first-hand.
This project is implemented within Young Men Initiative – “Future for You(th): Young People as Leaders of Life Skills Education in the Balkans”, financed by the Austrian Development Agency, Oak Foundation, and implemented by CARE International Balkans.
