From January 28th to 30th, the partners organization from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina settled for a high-level strategic planning meeting. Bringing together key partners, the gathering focused on elevating the Future 4 Youth program to its next phase of impact.
The meeting kicked off with a deep dive into the program’s existing strengths and a closer look at areas for development. Partners engaged in intensive group work to tackle global strategic challenges, specifically focusing on gender equality and the transformation of social norms.
Day two shifted from theory to action. Participants rolled up their sleeves for project idea development, transforming strategic themes into concrete proposals. These sessions focused on defining clear objectives, identifying target groups, and ensuring that every new initiative brings an innovative edge to the regional landscape.
The day concluded with a structured feedback loop, where project ideas were refined based on their partnership logic and potential for long-term scalability.
The final day was dedicated to the “how.” Partners mapped out national and regional funding opportunities within BiH and Serbia, ensuring that the momentum built at the meeting translates into sustainable action on the ground.
This meeting wasn’t just about planning; it was about reinforcing a shared vision. By aligning the capacities of organizations across borders, the partnership is now better equipped than ever to advocate for and empower the youth of the region.
