The project overall objective is to contribute to youth resilience, mental health, healthy lifestyles, gender equality, violence prevention, employability, and community engagement in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
The Future4Youth Program empowers young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia by promoting healthy lifestyles, mental health, gender equality, violence prevention, employability, and active community engagement. Through participatory high school workshops, youth clubs, and community campaigns, the project provides safe spaces for reflection, leadership development, and skill-building. Teachers and peer educators are trained to ensure sustainable, long-term impact, enabling broader implementation of activities and fostering positive social norms. Post-pandemic challenges, including mental health and employability, are addressed through targeted resilience-building and job readiness sessions. Overall, the program engages 10,000 youth aged 15–24, alongside educators, local NGOs, and community members, creating lasting change at individual, school, and community levels.
