“Šuplja stena” resort on Avala has hosted 23 participants of the National Youth Leadership Camp in Serbia, which was organized by Center E8 – partner organization from Belgrade, and held from 1st to 5th August 2013.
Selected young men from the “Be a man” clubs participated in workshops on leadership skills, team building and various sport activities and games, along with a one day excursion to the Aqua Park in Aranđelovac and visit to the Avala Tower.
The mornings were dedicated to the educational workshops where participants had the opportunity to learn and develop their leadership skills with themes of the workshops like: characteristics and values of real leaders, a team and a group, team roles, team communication, public speaking.
Team building competition
Acquired knowledge and leadership skills will make a difference to the young men and they will strengthen the “Be a man” clubs in their cities. There were 5 teams of participants and they vigorously competed and earned points during the team building games that aim to strengthen teamwork and team spirit.
