Be a Man Club from Loznica organized a street action during which they handed out hearts and balloons made by them, that contained different quotes and messages about love, affection and showing emotions, along with other Be a Man promotional materials.
In the Technical School New Belgrade, boys from the Be a Man club surprised their female friends with roses, along with handing out of various Be a man promotional materials and inviting their male and female friends to join this club that is becoming bigger and more active.
Be a Man Club from Bački Petrovac organized on the same day “The party in love”. The message of this party is that real men know what love and respect for the girls mean. Besides the good time they had, the real men were wearing messages that were in accordance with our values of Real men, resulting in a general enthusiasm among girls.
At the same, an action called “Armament with roses” was held in Kikinda, which was implemented as a support to the global campaign “One billion rising to end violence against women” with accompanying choreography, in collaboration with the Center for Support of Women. Along with handing out of roses and our materials young men have explained that the Be a Man Club supports this global campaign, that it appreciates and respects women and that this is just a small token of appreciation. This global campaign was followed by the local media, i.e. TV Rubin and Kikinda newspapers (Kikindske novine).
Global “One Billion Rising” campaign was supported by Be a Man Club from Temerin, which in cooperation with male and female volunteers of the local Office for Youth has organized this already famous choreography. On this occasion the action was supported by the female member of the Municipal Council in charge of the youth Ms. Slađana Marković, and the Commissioner for Gender Equality Ms. Danica Škrijelj.
